Instructor Job
Established over 40 years ago, our Marine House SEASIR is the most experienced and well-known PADI 5star instructor development dive resort in Okinawa. We are now recruiting a licensed Divemaster or Diving instructor, preferably English or Chinese speaking, to join our international team.
Instructor training course
This course will turn you into a professional diver as you work with us.
You will not only acquire new knowledge and skills but also get work experience in the marine leisure industry.
At the first, you will earn your Divemaster certification, which is the first step in your professional career. After that, you will gain professional experience while guiding clients through OJT “On-the-Job Training” and on-site training opportunities. Training and leaning costs will be covered by us. In addition, since you will be hired as an employee, you will also have a stable life during your working term.
*We help our employees prepare the necessary documentations to apply for a work visa when their language skills and experiences meet all visa requirements.

Full-time positions
We need skilful individuals who show high motivation.
We offer a variety of job opportunities in the leisure activities and hospitality industries.
Work conditions will depend on the job you apply for,
but it usually requires good communication skills in both Japanese and foreign languages such as English, Chinese, Korean, etc.
