Cancellation Policy

General Booking Conditions

  • We will give you a refund if we cancel a tour or activity because of unfavourable weather or sea conditions.
  • If you do not show up at the scheduled time at the designated location, we will consider it a no-show. Note that no refund will be given in that case.
  • By booking with us you agree to provide any personal medical information we ask for. Failing to do so may lead to you not being able to participate in the tour or activity that you booked. Note that if this happens, no refund will be given.

【Cruise charter】

Oct-June▪ Cancellations made more than 14 days before the planned date will be refunded in full.*

▪ For cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned date we will retain 50% of the full charter fee.

▪ For cancellations made less than 7 days before the planned date, we will charge the full charter fee but refund the sum paid for the activities.

▪ For cancellations made after less than 3 days before the charter day, we will charge you both charter and activity fees in full and no refund will be given.
July-Sept▪ Cancellations made more than 14 days before the planned date will be refunded in full.

▪ For cancellations made less than 14 days before the planned date, we will charge the full charter fee but refund the sum paid for the activities.
